Under the On-Hold Plus brand, IntelliTouch designs and manufactures a full line of innovative music-on-hold audio solutions for small offices, home offices, and larger sized enterprises. On-Hold Plus offers a complete line of telephone music-on-hold software and hardware products which allow any business, regardless of its size, to present a professional image.

Executive Management Team:

Jeff O’Shea – Founder and Executive Vice President of Product Development
Jeff helped co-found IntelliTouch in 1988 and has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth from a small startup. Jeff continues to serve as the key technologist, directing the technical aspects behind the product development operations. As head of Product Development, Jeff is responsible for the entire product development cycle from original concept & design, all the way through to manufacturing. He has long history of successfully designing, developing and sourcing products worldwide. Jeff is credited for creating the EOS wireless and On-Hold Plus product lines.Previous to founding IntelliTouch, Jeff worked for several major ad agencies where he developed much of his marketing/design expertise. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Telecommunications from San Diego State University.
